5 OF THE BEST PLACES FOR NIGHTLIFE IN CUSCO, PERU

NIGHTLIFE IN CUSCO

Since Cusco is such a big tourist attraction and most of these tourists are young adults, you can guess that the nightlife in this city is wild.

Cusco can have the craziest parties, try hostels like Wild Rover or Loki´s Cusco. As soon as you walk in you will be greeted by people dancing on top of the bar, screaming and drinking shots among other wild and crazy things. However, the  party in most  backpackers ends at around 2:00am.. So, if are you not done partying, why not head over to one of the  most  famous nightclubs in Cusco, Chango. This club gets really hot and I mean really hot! Becuase it´s underground and it´s  always packed  to  the  brim. The  party  doesn´t stop until the  sun comes up.

Top Clubs and Bars with free dance lessons

BARRA DE UKUKUS

This funky spot not only serves up some of the best cocktails in the city, but it also makes dancing a mandatory activity. Whether or not you know salsa, you’ll want to grab some tequila and head out long after the sun sets in order to meet some locals and foreigners looking to have a good time. There’s a reason this is the local hotspot!

La Chupiteria:

La Chupiteria offers an awesome selection of cheap and unique shots, generous staff with positive attitudes and you are guaranteed to have fun! They open every day from 6PM to 3AM

Mushrooms

Regrettably, Mushrooms is the only electronic club in Cusco. The electronic scene in Cusco is not big at all. For this  reason, weekdays are pretty mellow and chilled, with a scattering of patrons. However, on select weekends they do bring in international DJs to perform and the club comes alive and the  atmosphere is electrifying.

7 Angelitos

This hidden gem is perfect for those looking to find a hidden spot where locals hang out as well as curious tourists. I highly recommend the mojitos here, and there’s plenty of opportunities for dancing. It’s a bit tricky to find, so you’ll want to walk past Jack’s Cafe and turn left on Carmen Bajo, walk a little farther up and turn right again unto Calle Siete Angelitos.

LIMBUS RESTOBAR

It’s all about the cocktails at this spot overlooking the entire city. While mostly known for being a tourist joint, it’s worth climbing the stairs in the winding alleys in order to get a view, some delicious sides, and the most beautiful cocktails you’ll see in the Cusco. It’s also open for lunch, so keep your mind open and visit if you can’t make it for happy hour. view
